BGN member, Hamilton, a law firm based in Stockholm has recently merged with Nilsson & Co to form one of the City’s leading law firms, with nearly 60 lawyers. The firm will continue to trade under the Hamilton name.
The new Hamilton will not only become larger and stronger but will also become a more comprehensive law firm as lawyers from both firms reap the rewards of superior numbers and and the sharing of expertise. Aimed at being the one law firm that delivers the greatest business advantage to its clients, Hamilton will focus on taking a leading position in all of the firm’s speciality areas. Based on its strength in all areas, Hamilton will be able to work in more in-depth, prolonged client relationships. This new approach will also allow Hamilton to develop, recruit and retain a greater amount of talent.

As part of Hamilton’s strategy to become a contender in the Stockholm market, their previous registered co-operation with the offices in Malmö, Falun, Karlstad and Växsjö has been terminated.
