Pugh & Co

One of the UK's leading online property auction firms

Property Auction Experts bringing buyers and sellers together.

Pugh, part of Eddisons Group, are one of the UK’s leading property auction firms with over 25 years of auction experience, across residential and commercial property and land. We are valued by our clients for the services we offer at Pugh & Co including our expert advice, maximum market exposure, value for money, and high sales success rate. Pugh offer a team of experienced chartered surveyors, trusted to act for a variety of clients, from commercial to public sector organisations, including over 90 local councils, asset managers, lenders, and receivers.

Our Experience

We are involved in sales of all types of property and land, holding monthly auctions with the advantage of sellers having flexibility to enter an auction date most appropriate for them. As a firm of chartered surveyors, Pugh & Co fully comply with all legal and regulatory requirements by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Our Services

An advantage of our process is that guide prices can start from as low as £1 which offers flexibility on bidding. Using our online services, clients can list properties on our website in advance to placing into auction therefore allowing multiple sales approaches. Eddisons have further expanded through the acquisition of auction house, Mark Jenkinson, based in Sheffield. The expansion will allow Pugh and Mark Jenkinson to integrate their auction process in the later end of 2023. The combined services of both leading auction houses will further strengthen delivery of value to clients, with further geographic reach and the addition of the expertise of an experienced professional team.

Innovation

Pugh & Co were one of the first property auction firms to introduce online-only auctions, allowing greater flexibility for the client experience with a live web stream service and options to bid remotely or by telephone. We are making a conscious commitment to reduce the amount of paper and packaging used to create the catalogue, using paper which is FSC certified (Forest Stewardship Council), meaning that the forest products used are sourced responsibly. We provide transparency and accountability for our clients with tailored solutions for each client and sector type. We utilise focused marketing, industry expertise, expansive networks, and our specialist strategy to achieve undisputed results for all clients.
