County Caravans has acquired the site formerly occupied by Somerset Caravans Ltd at Walford Cross near Taunton.
Somerset Caravans Limited was placed into administration, with Ian Walker and John Kelly of corporate rescue and recovery specialists Begbies Traynor acting as Joint Administrators, in March 2011.
The Administrators stated at the time that their intention was to sell the business as a going concern.
