Biography

Dean Lomas joined Begbies Traynor as Business Development Manager in 2022. He is responsible for developing new Business to Business Relationships in the West Midlands and surrounding areas.

Dean has more than 14 years’ experience working in Business Development building strong professional relationships through networking in the West Midlands and London.

Outside of work, Dean enjoys spending time with his three children, playing the drums in a band, skiing and supporting Birmingham City Football Club.

Over 600,000 UK firms face financial strain amidst challenging economic climate

The latest Begbies Traynor “Red Flag Alert” research, which has provided a snapshot of British corporate health for almost two decades, reveals a particularly worrying picture as the number of UK companies in ‘significant’ financial distress jumped by nearly 10% in Q2 2024 to 601,950 businesses (Q1 2024: 554,554).
