On 31 May 2019, Dean Watson & Paul Stanley of Begbies Traynor were appointed as Joint Administrators of Harewood Associates Limited.
The Joint Administrators are liaising with the directors to obtain all necessary information and will be investigating the causes of losses and establishing the current financial position, especially in relation to investor monies.
We are aware that a number of fixed period investments were due to have matured on 1st June 2019. Unfortunately the Company’s insolvency means that no investments can be repaid on their due dates. We are not yet in a position to advise investors as to what monies, if any, they may recover in due course.
The business was not regulated by the FCA and we do not believe that any investor losses will be covered by the FSCS.
As this early stage, we are not in a position to provide any specific information to investors, but any updates will made available on this number or posted on our dedicated client portal. Details of the portal will be provided in our initial letter which we will post to all investors no later than Friday 7th June.
Due to the volume of enquiries being received in relation to this matter we are unfortunately unable to speak to investors individually as this would prevent us from performing our duties.
Please direct all enquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org
