Robert Ferne

Robert is a Director in the Advisory team based in our London office. He has over 10 years' experience delivering advisory led and pragmatic solutions to preserve and realise value for clients in stressed and distressed situations.

Robert has significant experience in the outcome focused delivery of complex and high value special situations M&A, contingency planning, options assessments and corporate insolvency assignments across the mid-market arena.

His recent project work includes the company side options planning for a municipal transit operator with contingency liabilities of £1bn looking to divest non-core operations, options assessments and strategic board advice for several FCA regulated businesses, and contingency planning for the trading administration of a care home group.
