About Us

Cross-border Capability

Utilising the extensive capabilities of our domestic teams as well as the 125 specialist firms around our international network, we can advise UK and international clients facing strategic, financial and commercial challenges in order to protect and enhance their enterprise value.

Bank Panel Membership

We have a strong relationship with all major UK clearing banks, with whom we have panel status as verified suppliers. Across these panels we provide a complete range of advice including; advisory services, intervention with distressed companies as well as credit verification and investigations services. To be selected as panel members, and to retain our panel status year on year, is testament to the capability and expertise of our team to undertake and deliver our services to the highest standard.

Independence and Commitment

We provide a partner-led service generally free of conflict, as we do not have an audit practice within the Group.

We have a specialist team that focuses on creditor and debtor side assignments in the guise of independent business reviews, independent solvency reviews and debt advisory.

Hands-on turnaround assignments have also been a common area of focus. This has generally been in support of high street clearing banks and typically involve: stabilisation of cash and creditor position, profit improvement, cash generation, consideration of appropriate restructuring mechanism – be it debt restructuring or insolvency options (contingency planning), implementation of new systems, assisting in refinancing and managing AMAs.
