Biography

Costa is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and Chartered Certified Account based in the North London office.

He obtained his insolvency licence in 2014, and ran his own practice prior to joining the business in 2020. Costa is instructed on both solvent and insolvent insolvency and recovery work, where he provides practical and effective advice to directors and creditors.

He has experience across a wide range of sectors, with a particular specialism in small to medium sized businesses and Members’ Voluntary Liquidations

Over 600,000 UK firms face financial strain amidst challenging economic climate

The latest Begbies Traynor “Red Flag Alert” research, which has provided a snapshot of British corporate health for almost two decades, reveals a particularly worrying picture as the number of UK companies in ‘significant’ financial distress jumped by nearly 10% in Q2 2024 to 601,950 businesses (Q1 2024: 554,554).
