Chris Latos

Chris is an experienced insolvency professional, qualifying as a licensed insolvency practitioner in 2001. He has spent the majority of his career advising clients, particularly in the retail pharmacy sector, and was the Director/Owner at White Maund from 2011 until its acquisition by Begbies Traynor Group in November 2024.

Specialising in advising directors facing financial distress and lenders concerned with impaired facilities, Chris has developed a strong network within the pharmacy wholesaler marketplace. He has successfully worked on a number of high-profile trading administration cases, ensuring the optimal disposal of retail pharmacy units to maximise goodwill values.

As part of BTG, Chris is excited to expand the firm's presence within the retail pharmacy sector, collaborating with fellow professionals and insolvency practitioners to provide both advisory services and formal insolvency solutions where needed. The acquisition by Begbies Traynor has provided Chris with new opportunities to work on a national scale, helping clients with refinancing, restructuring, and other strategic advisory services through the wider expertise of the team.

In addition to his work in the pharmacy sector, Chris also regularly acts for directors on both solvent and insolvent liquidations across a variety of industries.
