Welcome to Begbies Traynor on the British island of Jersey – previously a CVR Global office before joining forces with Begbies in January 2021.
Our Jersey office is one of several ‘overseas’ bases in addition to more than 100 mainland offices across the UK, emphasising our commitment to helping directors and stakeholders of limited companies when facing operational challenges.
Adrian Rabet, Partner at Begbies Traynor, leads our Jersey office and specialises in a number of key areas including business rescue, financial fraud and money laundering cases, and multi-jurisdictional insolvency processes. He is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of insolvency and restructuring experience and is one of the few fully qualified Insolvency Practitioners operating in Jersey.
If you require advice on cases relating to Jersey-based commercial entities, contact Adrian for a free consultation. He can provide immediate advice on liquidations, administrations, and any forensic accounting cases in his role as a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Adrian also has extensive experience of being appointed by the Royal Court of Jersey in Just and Equitable Liquidations, many of which are leading cases in that jurisdiction. For appointments further afield, he is also available to provide his expertise on matters relating to Guernsey and other offshore jurisdictions.
