Job Description

To strengthen our resource we are recruiting for a candidate who would like to join our established and experienced professional team in our Manchester office to provide general support to the teams providing corporate insolvency advice to our clients.

As an Office Assistant, you will enjoy constant variety and challenge.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Collating and issuing documentation to clients
  • Photocopying
  • Sorting post
  • Receiving and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Providing support for the team as required
  • Other office administration tasks as required

We are looking for: 

  • Previous experience in a supporting role and ideally in a corporate environment
  • Friendly and welcoming at all times
  • Presentable
  • Enthusiastic
  • A good telephone manner
  • Confident in office administration tasks
  • Above all, keen to learn and progress, and ready for total involvement in everything we do
