Andrew Songhurst

Andrew joined BTG McInnes Corporate Finance during September 2008 as Partner responsible for the firm’s transaction services offering, undertaking due diligence assignments and bank reviews. He previously spent over 20 years at PWC in Leeds, more than 10 years of which was as part of their TS North team. Andrew has extensive experience, in both the UK and abroad, of transaction services related work relating to acquisitions, disposals, fund raising and reporting accountant’s responsibilities.
