BTG Forensic was appointed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales as Expert Determinator in a section 459 dispute to complete the valuation of a bottling company. The UK company is a large subsidiary of a German owned group and the valuation process involved unravelling inter-company transfers and funding in order to ascertain the value of the UK company as a stand-alone entity.
