We are frequently asked to undertake valuations of businesses in contentious matters. This can be for a variety of reasons such as shareholder disputes, compulsory purchase of the company, bankruptcy, tax investigations or criminal proceedings.

When appointed to undertake this role, we conduct a thorough investigation of the company, covering the valuation of:
