Delivering responsive, cost-effective forensic accounting solutions

Welcome to the website of BTG Forensic, a member of the Begbies Traynor Group. We specialise in forensic accounting, financial investigation and valuation expertise, providing skilled, timely and cost-effective input into dispute issues for businesses and individuals.

Our focused and in-depth consultancy service is aimed at helping you solve disputes as rapidly and cost-effectively as possible – from before a claim is brought, through negotiation and legal processes to agreement of a final settlement, or giving expert witness evidence at court.

Our forensic accountants work closely with lawyers, insurers, regulatory authorities and corporate entities, including the Recovery and Turnaround clients of our insolvency practice, Begbies Traynor.

BTG Forensic is led by a team of dedicated Partners and Senior Managers who are qualified Chartered and Certified Accountants with specialist forensic expertise. Our forensic accounting team operates from offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester and Plymouth, with back-up support provided by Begbies Traynor Group offices throughout the United Kingdom.

Our approach is pragmatic and flexible – with technical skills enhanced by a wealth of practical expertise, aimed at providing robust opinion and advice. We pride ourselves on cutting through to the financial heart of the matter – providing jargon-free reports that set out our findings clearly and concisely, to assist the court and the parties involved.
