Prestigious property on the market

Ian Walker and Julie Palmer of national business rescue and recovery specialists Begbies Traynor have instructed Christie + Co to handle the sale of 74 Queen Street, a prominent Grade II Listed freehold building near Exeter Central station in Exeter which was formerly a prestigious restaurant and delicatessen.
The property closed after the opening of the new restaurant quarter in the Princesshay development, and became the subject of an LPA Receivership. Ian Walker and Julie Palmer were appointed LPA Receivers charged with selling the property.
74 Queen Street has recently benefited from two planning applications granted in May this year for the change of use on the first floor from educational to two student cluster flats.
