Richard Whincup
Richard is an Insolvency Administrator in our Leeds office.
My role is very varied, and involves corresponding with creditors and debtors, realising company assets, dealing with employee claims, drafting reports and reviewing progress on cases. I’m also currently working towards obtaining Chartered Accountant status, for which I’m given study leave of up to six weeks at a time. Begbies Traynor simply couldn’t have been more supportive in this respect! But life here isn’t just about career development: the social life is excellent as well, and I’ve found myself participating in everything from the Yorkshire Bank Bowling League to the Jane Tomlinson 10K run in Leeds.
