Mike Saville

On qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 Mike moved to specialise in corporate recovery at Grant Thornton.  He was a Partner there for 14 years, prior to joining Begbies Traynor in 2004.  He is a specialist in providing solutions to distressed stakeholders ranging from profit improvement strategies, refinance to administration and liquidation. In addition to strong financial skills his particular expertise lies in having built a deep understanding of the needs and concerns of creditors, directors and banks involved in distressed situations.

More recently he has specialised in Offshore jurisdictions and he has direct experience of Chapter 15 in the US.

Mike is an FCA, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and has a degree in Law. He is also a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants and the Cayman Islands Compliance Association.
